Qi Gong is a holistic system of coordinated body posture, movement and breathing. It is known as “standing meditation.” It is viewed as a practice to awaken and cultivate “qi” or life energy. It improves balance, relaxation and coordination.
When: 2:00-3:00 (The doors will open at 1:45)
Who: Tyrone Cave
Tyrone has studied Qi Gong for over 30 years. He conducts classes at Iona Senior Services and has led the Village Qi Gong practice since February 2015.
Where: St. Paul’s Church Atrium
Special Fee: $25
payable online or by check made out to: FBWEVillage. Open to members and non-member volunteers. Note: a minimum of 5 participants required to hold this series. Deadline for payment: By October 24. Note: There will be no Qi Gong in December.
