As observed by Tyrone Cave, our wonderful and patient instructor, Gongsters have better posture, balance and breathing, With his encouragement and guidance during each one-hour weekly session, the class goes through a series of simple flowing arm movements with slight changes in stance. By focusing inward and paying attention to our breathing, the hour is gone before we know it and we leave class feeling a bit lighter, yet having improved our balance and strengthened our muscles in subtle ways. What’s also appealing is that it’s possible to do Qi Gong almost anywhere, anytime — even seated — and quickly feel at ease. Tyrone has truly helped us “unlock” our inner strength and resilience without our even realizing we’re exercising.
